Leader of the Iceland clan

This is another Gargoyle for another challenge! He is the leader of the Iceland clan. I haven't given him a name yet, but i will! here is a discription

This clan is also rarely seen because of the large habitat/ area that they seem to live in. I tried to portray what was given to me! but since they were never really seen much, i had a lot of freedom with the design! like rocky/coral like horns and skin,and trying to make wingfin... thingy.... He can't really fly, mostly glide over water. But they are very important when they are underwater! makes 'em faster!
